Bonanova Park Hotel - Barcelona

Choose a room away from the street to minimize noise disturbances, especially at night.

I came here for 3 nights and had an excellent stay. It was excellent value and clean hotel, exactly as described, with very welcoming staff and magnificent location easy to get to using the subway👌

hotel is 2 stars.. for 2 stars very good.. high price.. our goal was to be close to friends who live in that area and other hotels were even more expensive but surely with more amenities.. In the area there are supermarkets and bakeries nearby.. about 5 min walk to Corte Ingles and metro service, bus nr 67 to Plaza de Cataluna and nr 33 or 34 to go to Sagrada Familia or take the city bus 30 euro day ( hop on hop off ).. area to park our ideal car ( during the weekend many possibilities to park the car without paying from Friday afternoon to Sunday and use public transport.. 30 min to the old town).. quiet neighbourhood... All reception staff professional and very correct

Nothing ..as we knew it was 2 star..to say the least the price..which is important but it was surely so expensive because we took 2 days before we stayed..

Check in was quick and friendly.

I was really disappointed with the soundproofing. I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. The cleaning staff constantly ignored the 'Do not disturb' sign. The room itself was very basic and dated.

In the service sector, staff that attends to you will help to a great extent to ensure that your stay is excellent or very bad. It is nice to see people who like to do their job and do it well. I made the reservation for my mother and two of her friends, they were all 3 together and my concern as a son is that her experience would have been a good one. As soon as I arrived at the hotel she called me happy because of the excellent treatment they gave her, I think I remember that the receptionist was called Jordi, in the words of my mother and her friends he was charming "like a lifelong friend" who helped them in everything and told them what they could do and see in the two days they went. One of the best tastes they had left in the city was the hotel. that's why I write this comment (I don't usually comment) because I'm very grateful and happy with the treatment they gave my mother and her friends, making their stay very pleasant, they bring back good memories of the hotel and city. Thanks (trip made the nights of August 14 and 15, room with 3 single beds very clean and comfortable)

The room was very good. Especially our bathroom was very good and clean. They changed the towels everyday and cleaned the room everyday. The room was big and perfect for three people. I stayed with my mum and my sister and we all liked the hotel a lot.

It is not very close to the city center but in Barcelona everywhere is close because of the metro. So in conclusion I didn't dislike anything.

This was just a balanced option for strolling around in Barcelona with good value for cost. The rooms are small but super clean and very well equipped. Make sure to ask for extra towels if needed.

We had an excellent time. Extremely convenient hotel, tidy, amiable staff, location to get on for the Subway was magnificent. Thoroughly enjoyed a mini bar fridge, air conditioner and an individual safe in the room. We could see garden from the window.

I had a fantastic 5-night stay! The breakfast options were varied and delicious each morning, and our room always stayed clean and spacious enough for our family. the shower was quite snug, so be prepared!

Close to Maria Christina metro, Bus stop rigt at the hotel (takes to Plaza Catalunya). Small long working shop in near by. Clean Hotel, clean bathroom, wifi ok.

Airport bus transfer had a problem to find Hotel, so be prepared to spend extra time getting there and out with airport transfer service. Drivers are not familliar with this district. Call transfer centre a little bit before meeting time to make sure you dont miss flight.

I did not like the aggressive attitude of the receptionists. The hotel was also extremely noisy till the early hours of the morning and again first thing in the morning with banging and scraping of furniture above our rooms, which made sleeping impossible.

The room was very clean, AC for the hot summer days, free WiFi and a TV set with USB and SD card reader. The staff was really friendly and helpfull eventhough there were language barieres.

The walls are really thin

We stayed at this hotel with our big family and found it quite comfortable. The location was ideal, away from the city hustle but easily accessible. We loved exploring local spots like nearby restaurants and cute shops. It was nice to have a fridge in our room!

In my wife's opinion, some items at breakfast could use a little improvement.

The room was comfortable, clean, and had AC and a mini fridge. The staff were cute and supportive, especially Javier who helped us with transport arrangements.

It is clean and offers free wi-fi.

The noise is absolutely awful, the walls don't keep noise out, the doors are flimsy and no in-room safe. The female receptionist doesn't speak 1 word of English and is rude even when you speak her language. Never again.
